I think only people interested in photography will appreciate this video. Thumbs up from me anyway, couldn't think of a better way to spend about 10 grand

What a waste of time - I'm sure if he had taken the camera out for the time he spent whatever he was doing, he would have put the camera and lens to good use...

The video was long enough to make some people go wtf. 
But this is a really fancy tripod, its called Vinten Vision and some of them can cost up to $10,000.

Ok we get it your tripod is very expensive and its holding expensive equipment. So what drunk decided to put this up.

if his camera is on the tripod, what did he use to film this?
i wish he only had the one camera.
i got bored, read all the comments, rated some of them and wrote this while the vid was still playing!

This is not a Vinten Vison tripod, and does not cost 10.000$. It is a Sachtler tripod(basicly just the fluid had that it is important, the sticks are from a different vendor) and it costs around around 1200-2000$ depending on the model(still expensive for me 
). I admit the the video is not funny or interesting, but it is a very good example to show the difference between a <500$ tripod and something over 1K. I have used several tripods(Vinten, Manfrotto, E-image), and until now Sachtler beates them all, and I keep dreaming about buying one

lame as hell, who would ever want to stare at a tripod for nearly 5 minutes? do it by yourself, in your house and don't get us involved please
