1) Install the pyro-board onto the head of a staff.
2) Install a gas chamber onto the stick body of the staff.
3) Install a wireless controller chip on the the back of a human head.

And boala! Now you got a 21st century fire magician.

Gas = Mana
Pyro = Magical artifact
Human with chip = Magician
