This is a show called "All Star Olympics" the most important thing is that the water is heated to 60 degrees celsius..... oh and it appears to be hosted by a ladyboy. Seriously this is worth checking on youtube, most of the other events are far funnier, this one is the tamest.

The Fourthe stopped himself with his balls, the fifth was wearing a skirt I don't even want to talk about what the sixth did.
The guy who stayed upright till the end was awesome though.

There's even a C3PO Lookalike with Star Wars theme music.
