That was the second time ol'Mostafa had been in that store to rob it. The first time he made off with the money,this time the worker remembered him and decided enough is enough. :x

Well at least the robber didn't sue the store clerk for assault.

Here something similar happened in a jewelery store. The shop owner was pretty pissed off about always getting robbed, and the thieves kept getting away, so he decided to defend himself. With a golf club. The robbers got away, with minor injuries, but still sued the store owner for assault.

The robbers won the case, and the store owner was charged with assault and battering.

Here is the video where it is stated that this was the second time Mostafa had been there to rob the store and Mothershead recognized him. I saw it on the local news.

I was in a place as 3 guys came in with guns and robbed us. It was scary the last time for something about these guys told me they were going to shoot us. We were lucky for they went back a week later and shot several people killing one of them right near the door.
The robbery I was in was in Texas and had 2 guns to my head one of which was held tight so if I moved I would have been history. I felt to run not fight grin. I am not a violent person yet not a whimp. I just feel best to get the frog out for being in icu for weeks in pain is not fun trust I know that for fact.
In america there is not justice or such it is whom has money to hire a lawyer to sue and get money so who knows how it could work eh.
