In case of a really solid pad (e.g. flat marble) there's no way to do it. The pad must be somehow elastic to compensate the minidisbalances to the center position. Despite quite a skill (however, trainable as everything).

So it doesn't seem strange to anybody that the angle of the camera changes JUST before the object stops moving ? Seems fake to me...
