This idiot can apply at once for the us-army or Darpa. It only may be, that this arrangement isn' state of the art any more.

The military are using or applying the gyrochopper system on some sophisticated surveillance.

#4 you will hate not having a weapon when you need one and don't have one. The first weapon was a stick, so weapons will always be here. Best to be at the top of the food chain then controlled and fearful the one who is.
The paradox of not letting rateable comments be edited by the author, for the sake of integrity, will put the Internet out of business, I am sure.
#6 As intellectual beings we can separate wilderness from civilization. How civil we actually are is up to us, I guess. What I am trying to say is that no weapons are actually required for civilization to prosper. Only if there is outside force threatening it. On a globalized planet civilization, it would not be possible, unless, again, if there is outside force putting it in danger. Absolutely off-topic I am sure.
This video was approved because SNOTR has a very diverse audience and I for one DO appreciate weapons. So shove that in your pipe and smoke it Mr. Lincoln!
#8 how do you propose to globalize our civic community? Do you think sovereign nations will just submit to one supreme country? Your out of your damn mind if you think global governance will ever stand a chance. The only way you could do it would be with the barrel of a gun which is contrary to your entire point.
Intellectual beings understand that self defense is a human right. (Obviously this has nothing to do with the damn helicopter gun)
Only a complete idiot would construct a machine that has the potential to spin and shoot at the same time. A Darwin award nominee.

I beg to differ.
