So if you get in contact with water you're gonna get electrocuted?

If you're on your cell in the rain, are you going to get electrocuted? I'm sure that wires and such in the shoe, assuming there are some, are covered protectively with the rubber and see-through plastic of the shoe. I'm sure it's not a good idea, though, to go prancing through big water puddles with these babies on. That just wouldn't do well at all for the shoe. :P
