vanova.. i don't agree with you. just because your country sucks it dosen't mean that other places sucks too. I'm from Romania, i work a mounth for a 125 euros (wich is shit),i'm 21 and live with my parrents ..it sucks ..but hey i still call Earth home,my country is Home and my city is Home for me ,, but hey maybe it's just me...

Something deep inside me tells me I once made a choise to live on that beautiful planet, but not reading the small prints, on the contract.

#2, yes, it is fake, Moon is in a fixed position to Earth so we will never experience earthrise nor earthset at moon if we stay put.

@4: The scale depends on your view point. If you are close to the Moon's surface, the earth looks smaller.
@1: It goes worse and worse, liberty has to be regained at each generation, but this generation has a harder work, partly because of Debts and consequences. It may be easier when, in a thousand years from now, every country will be in some form of freedom and democracy, with acceptable laws understood by the vast majority. I hope the wars will be over forever.

Those who have voted #7 down have obviously no idea about astrophysics. They don't even bother arguing why they think I'm wrong. Can the administrators please reset my number to zero?

By the way, it's not a film of what is seen while ON the moon, it's done through a capsule IN ORBIT around the moon. Maybe you want to re-think your pompous astrophysics comment? It pays to listen while watching.

I don´t believe we have the capacity of messing up the planet so badly, that it would not look nice anymore when viewed from the moon. Like Carlin said: "The planet is fine!...The people are f...ed."

i am not sure i can call it home! living in terrace house and if i miss one rent i get kicked out in street! and whatever you go in nature it is all fenced, private properties! i went fishing in lake, someone told me you can't fish here, i went to a park and someone stopped me at the gate told me i have to pay to get in
i am not sure i can call this home! i live in such tiny country, and i need visa if i want to visit other part of the world, but no country accepted my visa application, just because we're labelled dangerous country or something like that!
actually this claim of beautiful planet called home is only valid for a tiny group of people ... the rich one!
