Nail Yakupov has a point, they DID win, what else is there to say? Canada and Russia is always a rivalry in hockey, both teams played great and Canada came back strong but in the end, Russia won.

Also Props to the Russian Goalie as he stopped a massive barrage of shots in the final minutes of the 3rd period.

At the Olympic level all the countries now use professional players, but back in 1980 that bunch of American college students pulled off the "Miracle on Ice" by defeating the Soviet National team 4-3. In 2008 the IIHF picked that game as the top international hockey story of the past 100 years. I remember it well. Now THAT was something to crow about!
