01:36 looks like they are rubbing someone and then go for a run while ruining tons of cars.
02:55 was way to fast. it looks like he/she killed his co-driver
also.. speeding up on iced roads all the time.. incredible stupidity
it looks like they dont care at all about others or themselves.

Are dash-cams standard on Russian cars or optional? I'm assuming they are standard because it seems everyone has them and I'm sure that the insurance companies demanded them to see whose dumb-ass fault it was for the accident. Maybe they should look to the department that handed them their licenses!

#4 add "colour blindness", "driving too fast", "no depth perception" and "no common sense"

I have to admit, I routinely record short journeys on my phone. The people near school drive (and walk) like idiots, and I want to be covered in case of an incident.

I can't believe the idiot driver at 5:35 - "Do I just hit the car? No, I'll take evasive action and hit a pedestrian instead." Luckily, the cars did connect, so I think the pedestrian was probably OK.
