Seen a clip of someone being electrocuted in India (youtube: type 'train electric shock accident', not for the faint hearted). Definitely something to prevent :S I think these concrete balls are actually quite humane :)

Just cover the top of train in lanolin (sheep's wool wax) or even better just electrify the damn top of the train :P

they should install a train wash instead, with those hard bristles. If that doesn't work, at least everyone will be clean afterwards :)
