#5 in germany they would charge you for something like "intrusion into traffic" (Eingriff in den Straßenverkehr) ;)

Yeah in america they would classify it as a "purposeful destraction to drivers" or maybe "failure to appear as a speed camera"

#5 and #7 I don't know about your country, but I think they would charge you for flashing a light in their eyes as it is 'distracting'.

#9 How do they get the moral together there? When they set up cameras that flash you if you drive fast and are potentially more dangerous. "Drive dangerous and we will flash you!!... for your safety."
