Cover your eyes, shoulder girdles of the world! Although an epic "performance", please do not try this at home. Never "pull up" without first developing proper scapulohumeral rhythm: while the latissimi dorsi are prime movers, without tension-integrity at the scapulothoracic joint, you are setting yourself up for a world of hurt.

#9, #10, #17, Have you ever watched Ninja Warrior? There's very little if any leg strength on that show.

This is what he is training for. Go look You Tube you'll find something on the show.
