These guys really P*SS me off.
They invent a cheep piece of equiptment use the cheapest parts they can for more profit and then when some poor house wife has bought them because they are are SO LIGHTWEIGHT AND SO FLEXABLE FOR EVERY JOB all of a sudden she fails and either serously hurts or kills herself!!

This product is a bull
I have 1 of that similar function ladder that make in china and work far better than this one.
And it is auto lock but itself, only lift lever to adjust angle and it will lock back by itself
We even have 2 person stand on top to work and it does't collapse.
