Now really, these kind of guys operate in my country as well. In an intersection they wave you to pass and then they drive into you and ask for money so they won't call the cops.

That's it, I'm installing a dash camera too.

Never seen a dash camera before, never seen anything like this either. Guess they haven't reached around the globe yet, better buy one before they do. :/

Without a dashboard camera I would, in a civilized manner of course, beat the living hell out of this guy and leave the remains for the dogs and street sweeper.

If i'd be in his situation, i'd say, call the COPS man (Not telling about dashcam), an experience for the COP to learn.
