I've seen another doku about pixar studios..and its plain awesome..all designers can build like small houses as their office..the perfect way to let creativity flow. As said in the video..people dont need to push you to go to work..people need to pull you out from there. But its the same in every develop studio..look at blzzards offices..or crytek..also places you dont feel like working..but having fun. And in movies and games you see the result of a perfect work enviroment..
I was lucky to visit a (rather small) ubisoft studio for 3 days..and it never felt like a working place..more like a place for geeks to hang out and work on some ideas..

as soon as people start liking their working athmosphere they will instantly get more productive and supportive to their company.
thats shown in many researches over the last decade.

just find a company that is aware bout that :)
