Did a youtube search for "cat welcomes home soldier" and not one video. This proves that cats hate humans, so in turn we should hate them. Although there is the video of christian the lion, and that was is heart warming. So if you are gonna own a cat make sure it is a lion.

Well, if you had a Siamese cat like i do, i could make a "welcome home" video. But thankfully, i'm not a soldier! O:)

#6 that's ridiculous! cats show affection too, but they aren't as outgoing as dogs are. It takes very long time to bond with a cat and some people see that as a challenge and respect the cat more.

#6 maybe cats are smart enough to get how stupid war is in the first place.

#6: No-one thinks a purring cat is worth filming. A dog going insane is much more interesting.

A cat would glance over......and think....."you've been gone all this time......and you Didn't get my kitty treats"?..then look away disdainfully.

My 17-year-old cat still greets me at the door when I come home. He goes up on his hind legs (even with his arthritis) and puts one paw on my legs and reaches up with the other as if to pat ME on the head. When I first got him from the Humane Society as soon as I opened his cage he jumped up on my back when I crouched down to pet him and he made himself comfortable on my shoulders, while purring in my ear. So all of you who think cats aren't affectionate, get yourself one and treat it right and you will change your minds.

My dogs do this when I get back from the shops. Maybe they think I've been battling with the old ladies to get the dog food?

You may need safety glasses, not sun glasses.

Hating something that dont likes you is why mankind is stuck in this god awful mess in the first place.
Not liking others, or their views is what we do. And we wage wars and kill over it. So i guess that what im saying is that who can blame the cat for staying the f**k away from us!
