Interesting, though.

Hand looks like its being broken all over the place in slow motion, but realtime the bones just bend inside the tissue. As long as they aren't knocked out of their sockets or bent beyond a certain point it is pretty logical that this is possible. We are very flexible for short durations (possible to train it up though)
