Try to do it whitout the help of a computer....not easy , eh ?
Whoever can do this only by his imagination, is an ARTIST !

Always thought about that, nice to see it come to life. I'm pretty sure there was some assistance with technology in creating this but mostly creativity. Never knew there were so many colored thumbtacks.

If by assistance you mean taking a random face picture from the internet, tweaking the color palette and simply (like #6 said) 'printing' it pixel by pixel with thumbtacks? Where is the creativity in this? Where is the art in this?
