Just so you all know, the other driver is SAFE and in one piece, not injured at all... impressive eh ? I read that on a news report. :D

#12 Actually, the driver who didn't get out of the truck had to have multiple surgeries on his fractured (crushed) forearm, and also broke a couple of ribs and his clavical.
Sure, not serious injuries, he'll live, but far away from "not injured at all".
