This wasn't a landslide I believe, it was a building built by a number of dodgy contractors who took the money then filed for bankruptcy, so the building was constructed with basically no cement and very little concrete..

why does the woman screems anyway ? is she blond that she had to think what happened before she screamed 7 sec. after the buildings went down ?

there are no plants or curtains on the windows
also the passenger on the left is very relaxed about standing next to a huge building, that crushes down
pretty sure this was a planned demolition
also explains that the building is going backwards and isnt crushing in the other buildings

#5 doesn't look like planned demolition, do you know the location where this happened?
#6 if there was a landslide ( like title suggests ) all residents where most likely evacuated, that also explains the way building collapsed

The fact, that the front of the building is tilting backswards without breaking or bending over a length of about 40 meters and for several seconds could be a indicator, that the demolition was performed professional and intentional.
Did anyone understand the language or find a link in the internet?

In most of the demos I have seen the roof is gone and all the doors and windows are removed. And then a VERY load horn is sounded for a few seconds befor it goes down. And I too see all the mud in street.

looks like someone knows how to use after effects and has bought some stuff from video copilot.
Look at the bottom of the building, you will clearly see it sliding with the smoke masking it (but not perfectly) also look at the booth on the right the smoke doesn't seem to affect it.
The fixed camera that helps for post production of those effects, because the smokes are clips and not volumetric ones.
Plus I don't think that a planed demolition while allow people to be this close.

#13 this actually looks pretty real and if it isn't I would say someone got their hands on a license of smoke rather than after effects.

Building Collapse in Kazakhstan
Occurred in the Besoba neighborhood in the city of Karaganda at 11 AM on April 6th, 2012. The 138 residents living in the building's apartments had been evacuated on April 2 due to widening cracks in the foundation. The building was constructed in 2009, and the company responsible was already being investigated by the police for cheating its investors.
