Hate to say it but at 4:02 the square root of his answer (513,284) is 716.4384 which means he was close but not correct. Great mind nevertheless

Saw some documentations about this kind of skill
it was usually related to people with autism, since they couldnt forget anything or calculate while putting everything into pictures
