TT, one of the worlds most hardcore thing ever. I'm not a motorcycle guy, i nearly cried when i ride behind one of my friends Ducati 749, it was insane. This thing is way beyond that, steel, carbon, kryptonite, don't know but those are some serious balls.

I was born and raised on the isle of man, i still live here and this race claims lives every year, fans and competitors alike. even the southern 100 is getting more dangerous with the increased performance of the bikes. i think the electric ones are about the safest, but they are said to be set to break the 100MPH average lap this year.

I think people have misunderstood your comment #3. i wondered why this was posted in 'cartoons' too.

I wonder what kind of a adrenalin glands they have? because this is impossible from any ordinary person.....

My friends Dad was in this exact race and although he may have "SURVIVED" he is completely wrecked.
He came off at the bend @ well over 100mph got bounced 50ft through the air and a wall or 2.
He needed airlifting out,shattered his spine broke his neck punctured his lung and ruined his kidney.
He is still all braced up on dialasis and in agony every minute.probably always will be.
Ive been brought up around bikes all my life but I'm sorry I would never enter this death race.

Truly is one of the greates race, only for the bravest men. Hope the shity rules of sefety from F1 and rest of the ruined old races will never spoil this last redute of real motorsport.

Respect is due to those who choose to compete in these races. #14 rules and safety precutions must be in place to make this as safe as is practically possible. we do not and never will organise a 'death race'. those who compete do so in accordance with the regulations. we cry out for marshals and medical voulenteers and first aiders every year to try and make it safe, but changes happen and will continue to do so, when the race becomes unsustainable it will stop, but untill then all involved will try to keep it going. thanks and respect to all who make it happen.

The greatest sporting event on the planet. Held over a 2 week period in July every year. 200MPH through towns and down tree and wall lined country lanes. Staggering bravery by all contestants. This event treads the fine line between bravery and insanity. Average speed over the 38 mile course is currently just over 130mph....that's average!
Yes all the guys in those crashes survived, including Guy Martin whose bike became a fireball and Connor Cummins who flew off the edge at 'The Veranda' section of the mountain road.
