Actually, LotR wouldn't even take 1 year. To be precise, it's "only" 348 days and 6 hours :)

Lord of the Rings:

12 Hours including all special scenes

12x60x60=43200

1 sec. = 15 min

43200x15=648500 minutes

648500/60=10800

10800/24 = 450 days on the row

#21: Your math is wrong. Check the line
1 sec. = 15 min

Last time I checked this was true:
60s = 1min

so your statement is only true for
1 second = 1 minute = 0

I don't even want to think about all time being reduced to one point (in time?!)
