Agreed: the motorist looks more concerned about his bumper than helping the truck driver to get out of his cabin.

My first reactions would be:
1 - Are you ok?
2 - What are you carrying, anything flammable?

Go dislike me to the bottom, but...

Why do you have to care about an idiot driving his 20+ tons truck foot to the floor on a mountain (hill) road with steep blind turns just begging to earn himself a Darwin Award and take a few people in the most gruesome way possible along with him? He wants that Darwin Award - let him have it and move along.

P.S. No technical issues are an excuse either, cause one must care what he drives.
