Kinda stupid really, I can see this being useful for subcutaneous injections, but realistically, you can use a 30 gauge needle to deliver a subq injection which is barely noticeable anyhow. I can't see them using this for intramuscular, which is typically for vaccinations and the like because of how deep you usually have to go into tissue. (Usually an inch to an inch and a half).

Yawn. MIT is re-inventing the wheel. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jet-injector I've received dozens of injections over my lifetime with similar technology, nothing new here.
