The costume is really nice. If he would have had prepared the locations better and if he would have moved slowlier without the foolish "Whaaaa", it could have been a really nice joke.
But as #3 said, he can be glad, that nobody run in to a car.

@12, that was my thought, I hope this guy is doing this someplace aside from a concealed carry state. I'm pretty sure once someone says something like "I'm gonna get ya", there are certain places (Arizona, Florida for sure) that you'd well within your rights to put one right between his...leaves.

#13, he's pulling this crap in San Francisco. You know that bush would get a dose of JHP herbicide if he tried that stunt somewhere else. Eventually his luck will run out, even in the land of fruits and nuts. He'll pick the wrong one and get his foliage soaked in pepper spray, that's legal in California. I wonder if he'd want to post that video? I doubt it.
