That dalmation has obviously been subjected to a lot of neglect. Shaving most of it's fur off, leaving that silly tuft around its neck so it looks like a mexican hairless, shrinking no doubt on a too warm wash. No wonder its hungry. :D

Those dogs are considered "World ugliest dogs".. (There is even a contest for that) ..its a mix from a "Chinese Crested Dog" and something other. Look it up in google..those really look like a fail lab experiment.
