If this is real (and I hope it isn't) We have a prime example of bad parenting. With apologies to Mr or Mrs Vergetta (19)The kid is a little CU*T and should have been slapped the first time he did it. Of course we have here a Lexus with a starting problem which makes me very sceptical (not a commom problem) The father reminds me of the late Rod Hull without his Emu. All too often these days parents are afraid to deal with their bratish children effectively. The best solution here would have been to take the child from the rear seat, gaffer tape it to the HT cable along with the little CU*T from the front seat and have a good ten minutes testing the battery!

You can not electrocute in a car that has no less than 12V and 80AH.
Unless you're so full of shit and coming in touch with the spark plug cap.
