I have a friend named Ryan whose cat once gave a loud almost yelp of a noise that sounded exactly like his name: rrRRYYYAAaaann!!! And then coughed up an amazing hair ball in the shape of a weeping mary mother of christ.
Ok, the last part's not true, but the rest is...

haha, my family's cat used to do that. it was pretty creepy because he'd always do it at like 2 am and i was living down in their basement.

I don't think he is saying ANYTHING at all.
All my cats make those exact same sort of noises. It's just that - NOISE!

It was very sad! I think he was reciting a line from Othelo (cat version, of course). I played this video with the volume up & my cat started weeping.

I swear that cat is wearing a hijab. She's saying, "Alahu Akbar!" That or, "For god's sake, clean my shit box!"

Actually he says "I'll make sound that is actullay near Human's sound cause I'm a cat and I've understand (sort of) that for my own survival I need to create sounds to get Human's attention to fullish my needs."
And no, I'm not kidding.
