ok if any one has been to a car wash they know the mother had it on the last rinse of just water which comes out soo soft you could spray your own face with it people need to quit wastin there time worrying about things that really aren't that bad.the news crew had it on a full wash of course its gonna blast a garbage can down.

And as someone stated earlier, public washstations have relatively low pressure in their hoses so noone will be able to sue them after spraying their balls with them.
Go watch that video of some Asshole marine throwing a dog off a cliff instead if you want something to cry about.

It does not matter how hard the water comes out of the spray this should not be done to a child. I do agree it should not be shown on T.V. as it was sensationalized. But what Kid deserves that kind of treatment

Anyone who doesnt think this is abuse needs to be locked up and probably abuses people and animals. One bad incident doesnt trump another nor is there any excuse for that. I never liked to take showers either when I was a kid! I preferred a long luxurious soak in the tub but then I had to clean the ring off later otherwise I'd get a beating!

P. S. It doesn't matter, as some of you say, that is was "Low Pressure". It is the idea that a mother could even treat her child this way that is so completely upsetting. That was devastating for the child, whether it did permanent damage physically, mentally it would...

sure it was a excessive but the amount of publicity this received is just wrong, "sensationalist" was the correct term someone used above. Why not upload a video of some darfur women being raped while watching their husbands and kids being hacked to death with machetes and then killed as well, instead we focus on "oh that mean mother slapped her child and now the child won't be allowed to eat at mcdonalds" kind of stuff.

Its the principal of the act, and it is based on having a conscience. For those of you who are not bothered by this or think it is laughable I can only wonder what your childhood memories hold.
Sure it is probably sensationalized, but it got your attention. If it didn't, things like this would go unchecked and could esculate to levels we can only imagination.
Incidentally if you watch the video closely at one point she does have the nozzel on high. Just not while it is pointed at the child.

if you watch closely, the mum turned on the water and checked the strength of the water with her hand, she did make sure it wasn't too strong. I would never treat my kid like this, but I must admit I catched myself thinking something like "this kid needs to get a proper asswhopping" when I saw how crazy and out of control some kids can be.
After reading the details in the link posted, I think her solution to use a spray bottle or in this case a whose, is way better than just hitting the child for missbehaving, like probably all of you have either heard about or experienced yourself.
Stupid sensationalism, like mentioned above: Talk about your boys dying every day to secure the oil in Irak, not this crap.
