They are both to blame , In Australia 4WD owners are bullies on the road , they tailgate, and are just plain rude drivers maybe he is Australian

I think if I had been in the car that got soaked and saw the 4x4 positioning him or her self ahead, I would have reached for my up window button long before the waters broke. Not convinced

I think if the water came gushing through an open window the driver would have would have applied the brakes. I do not see any brake lights. But regardless, it was interesting revenge.

#8 ye the whole way through he just keeps repeating "the windows are down" and "look at the puddles". Its a bit annoying actually :/

I've done the first half myself - tried to merge and someone was desperately keen to prevent it. However, this guy looks like he's trying to bully his way in - mine was a forced merge by the road markings. I overtook, then let the guy I'd overtaken pass me, so the end result was the same as if the guy who was being a dick had just shown a bit of common sense.

but the SUV was the one that was in the wrong, they merged 1 car from left then right and then the car in front of SUV got it's turn so next should be the windows down guy, but the SUV did not want to wait it's turn and then became a bully. hope he hits a pot hole and damages his car

Completely agree with #16. The driver of the SUV is an idiot and that is some seriously reckless driving. Should not be applauded on TV, poor form.

#16 & #17 See it correctly,the SUV driver is a jerk trying to throw his weight around. The car (taxi?) going the other way got dumped-on too with windows down, it looks like. I hope someone beats this guys ass for him later down the road.

I love it.. do you think they got the free wax job with the wash. That was not the first time he was cut off thats for sure,
