Well if this was a real combat situation and there was someone with a rifle on the other side of the door.
The guy who kicked open the door would have been shot for sure, there is a reason why the guy with the hammer is not directly in front of the door.

No you're all wrong if you watch carefully it is the guy kneeling on the floor who picks up a rock taps on the side and then throws it in like a grenade after the door is kicked in.

#14 gets it right. The rifle would not make a hollow metal sound hitting the concrete curb around the building.The sound of a rock hitting a metal container is what was heard.
