That's just the opening scene by the way, to a pretty entertaining movie ... so give it a rent if you don't mind a little over the top action (in his dreams) and some goofy cops trying to save their quite unnecessary police station in a small quiet town from downsizing by bringing "terror" to it (by vandalizing it themselves) and starting an "investigation" when internal affairs visits.
