I'm gonna just skip past the paragraphs about whether or not the snake should or should not have lost his head... and just comment about how FREAKY it was to see it snap. Incidently I have chopped the heads off of many a snake (usually water moccassins, not spelled right I know, that come up from the lake by my house) but I've never seen this happen!

Who the HELL does this cop think he is?? Am I the only one screaming "ASSAULT ON A MINOR"?? If a cop did that to me OR my child, I don't care what was done... I would SUE that place until that cop lost his job. What a fat ass retard. If I had been that kid I would have punched his fat face and fought back... it's all on camera... I sure as hell wouldnt let some idiot wrestle me to the ground and scream in my face, and the kid wasn't being that bad... it's the 21st century and there's a lot worse he could have called that idiot than "dude". WOW... how terrible. And all they did was suspend the people involved... I would have FIRED those freaks! How disgusting that 1) they did this and 2) the police department was unaware of it until a third party gave them their own tape! This is unacceptable. I don't care what that man was accussed of... that was terribly inappropriate.
