Mate of mine was being tailgated on purpose by a motorcycle cop, hit the brakes and sent the cop over the car. Got booked for braking for no reason, didn't pay the fine, went to court and claimed a dog ran across the road. It's illegal to hit an animal if you can at all miss it. Then put the cop on the stand and asked why he was so close. Cop couldn't say "Because I was trying to harass you into breaking the law". No case to answer and the local magistrate caned the cop for being a fool.
This cop showed much more sense.

I used to work in a chicken abattoir here in Australia and we had the contract for Maccas. We had to take a full breast and carve off circular pieces weighing between 55 and 60 grams. No ragged edges and about a quarter inch thick. This was the only meat Maccas would accept for nuggets. They were shipped raw, snap frozen to wherever they went and Maccas did whatever they do with them there.
All carcasses, bones, meat that had fallen on the floor or was judged to be poor quality was minced up fine and some processed back into chicken feed (cannibals!) and the rest sent off to be pet food.
The boning lines were like the ones in this vid, but we did not mince the meat and form patties. If Maccas did that I can't see why they were so strict about the size and weight of the pieces.
