No, these are not fake. I've pulled off most of 'em myself. Probably the trickiest one is the CD-flick move; it tends to chip the CD, and some bottles have a ridge below the cap that keeps it from hitting right.

Most of the other ones are just the same move performed with a different tool -- the frying pan, the clock, and the hat are all the same, for example.

Really, all you need is to get something to catch under the edge of the cap, and keep it from slipping off while applying enough force to bend the cap. Anything you can do that with, can be used as a bottle opener.

I'd call this more Free Running than Parkour. The two are similar, and in fact have the same origin, but Free Running is more about style, whereas Parkour is about getting from Point A to Point B as quickly and efficiently as possible.
