This bit was taken from The Bob and Tom Show, which is definitely NOT family-friendly. During the intro, Tom is the first one to speak (in black), then Bob (in green), then they play a recorded piece from comedian Tom Mabe. Tom makes his living by making fun of telemarketers, and recording the calls as they come in. He does have to get permission from his "victims", or he can't release the recording.
