Socio-economic problems are enormously complex issues and it is ludicrous to suggest that the excluded citizens are there simply because they are drug addicts or alcoholics. A country and its government is judged on how it manages its entire population, not just the wealthy; and the United States, which is so keen to expand its sphere of influence across the planet, should concentrate a bit closer to home first.

And the conclusion that it clearly arrives at is that health care in the USA is of a lower standard than many other countries, and very expensive. The reasons your hospitals have a large number of Europeans and Asians is because they will always make space for wealthy people who want to use cash to queue-jump their own country's health care. Health care is big business.

#20. That's odd, because I've heard of people logging on using their own photograph, so the 3D thing is clearly incorrect. And if you think about it, the only way the program would be able to distinguish a 3D image from a 2D one, would be if it had access to 2 web cams. I don't know of any laptops with 2 cams, do you? In any event, the word is that it takes so long to process the face, you'd be miles quicker typing in a password.
