I haven't logged in to my account in ages, but I felt the need to comment on this one. I don't believe this is real! If it is real then sometime in the next couple days we will see a lawsuit regarding this. Those "park officers" can't put anyone in prison anyways. Time will tell for sure, case closed.

Anyways, all that nonsense aside, I think that it wouldn't be difficult for the passanger to manually eject if the cars were 2-3 miles up... and implement an automatic system when the cars went below, let's say, 1 mile. That's assuming that the cars are on a closed circuit.

Wow, fucking wow! Take 2 seconds and do some research before making a comment, it's not time consuming. The first one I came across, the K-36 ejection seat, has an automatic ejection implemented, and is triggered when certain requirements are met (which can be found on their website). Note that this seat also has a manual ejection.. as it should. That was the first, and only one, I looked at.

I don't think you guys are thinking vague enough. First off, they do have automatic ejection seats in jets.. I know this for a fact, lol. Just brainstorming but I would think that everything would be on a closed course, with two lanes flying in opposite direction, hell you can even space them out a couple of miles for safety reasons. Also depending on the parameters, as in how high the lane is, and whether or not everyone is on a constant level, I think that figuring out a safe way to eject someone that's going down, or to the sides, would be easy to figure out.

The seat eject wouldn't be fully reliant on the passenger, obviously. If they are producing fly cars wouldn't you think they would have an automated system to compliment it? Even parachutes have automated releases called the emergency pack that deploys at 1,000 ft. I would think that an automated release, similar to those in jets, would be implemented.
