He's working for the U.S. government and trying to make us paranoid and to make the Internet a no go zone.
A tinfoil hat while browsing the net is more than enough to keep you safe. (not against the lizard people though)
For extra protection please rub some lubrication on your head before wearing the tinfoil hat, it will form a extra protective barrier.
And for those who don't believe me; try it for yourself, it's totally a matrix kind of thing going on.
