Just don't stay there for more than it is needed and don't touch it to avoid contaminating your clothes or skin with dust or paint from it (like the guy in the video from comment 10 did) and you'll be fine. Just see on Wiki how much you get from a CT scan or the recommended annual exposure limits and you'll see what I mean.
