I have lived in Russia for 10 years and during that time I saw people caring for each other, in this situation people would warn others or fix it themselves, this may just be one situation, do not judge Russians based on this please.

my dad once said if the sun was just one centimeter closer to the earth then we would all burn... anyone can second that?
