professional hunters pay for a territory to hunt and sell the meat,
it's real business and not population control.
they also have to "protect" the farm land or pay high fees to the territory owners if wild animals destroy crops, tree stocks, etc.
ofcourse there are rules/ethics to prevent mass killing.
