This is more tricking and acrobatics than Parkour. Parkour (or Free Running) is all about flow. This is just practicing the small areas of Parkour. Stringing them all together in an urban environment as a way to move around fluidly and without barriers is what it is all about. Nonetheless an impressive video 1 and a half monkey heads

I know i'm a few years late with this but it's all fake. If you watch very closely the balls disappear the second they get near the rim of the cup. and the sounds you are hearing are all foley because they're voices aren't very loud yet the cup is? not real.

#1 #3 the reason why we hear the commentators talking about it first then see it happen is because the footage is sped up. Watch the bikes through the first corner... they're fast but not that fast... check out the clock in the top left way too fast.

OK... it's far more complicated than you all think... the way it works... there is a chipset inside the machine. when all lights are turned on, it remembers which switch is for which light. when all lights are then switched off it takes 5 seconds for the cpu inside to forget which switch is for which light. it then moves to programming mode. so all that switching on and off that he does is carefully thought out! so that when he clicks a switch it turns on a specific blub. It's all about choreography and practice
