The sun is rotating, yes. The video may only be 18 seconds, but if you look at the bottom, it shows a time frame of 19 hours. That's why it's rotating so fast.

#(removed comment): Sorry, but this isn't true. There is evident correlation between global warming and anthropogenous emissions of greenhouse gases, such as CO2 since the Industrialization (around 1750).

Hydrogen does not block rays of a specific wavelength, so the energy can be (re-)reflected back into space. Unfortunately, there are some gases which block these "hydrogen-windows" (CO2, Methane and so on); therefore relatively small amounts are enough to considerably contribute to global warming. And these are often produced by humans - but of course, there are also natural sources such as volcanos, forest fires etc.
