I'm a surgeon.
This is a standard procedure. What you see on the video is a follow up to stitching.
Device inside patients body is called tightener and one held by the doctor is called "the hammer". What you see happening over there is a standard procedure of tightening stiches freshly applied to a damaged skin tissue.
Subject on the video suffered a cut to his skin caused by improper use of washing mashine. This resulted in an operation of putting TWO stiches in the knee area of his leg.

For the version 2 of this excercise I would recommend:

The mistake in this scenario is either that the chute is not packed according to manual or the procedure by the soldier.
In the first case the mistake was that was made has something to do with the metal breakaway device. If you look closely at 2:11 you see a hoop around the device. This hoop is either not supposed to be thereor got a too though resistance.

In the second case it might be correctly packed, but the soldier did not jump long so ther was not enough force applied in this to the hoop and the device so the hoop did not break.

This has nothing to do with the soldiers skill, either a weak moment by the guys packing the chutes or a unlucky jump by the soldier.

But, you see, what's strange is your blatant pomposity- you have faith but that appears to be all you have going for you. Despite that, you are arrogant enough to demand your belief system be etched onto the world and arrogant enough to act as if all who don't follow your belief system are below you. However, the simple fact that you can retain some level of anonymousity here and then act in this manner shows how weakly you regard your own faith. What happened to the "living like Christ" claims?
