What did they want to find out is, if only one blade is damage, will it harms other components of the aircraft or other blades in the engines? the answer is no, because the results shows that only 4 blades besides the broken blade (coloured blade) is broken, and the damage hitted the compressor in the engine, but not reach the turbine n combustion chamber area..the results is 88% reach their target, but they could not do any better at that time.. that was their best. The engine type is CF-6 80C, which is the major type of engine being used worldwide at that time..Sorry if i'm false, please correct me..
