No, the slow loading is nothing to do with location. Last night this video took forever to load. Tonight, using a slower computer but the same fixed line internet connection, it took almost no time. That rules out my location as being the issue. Using different computers rules out caching being the reason for tonight's faster connection. Last night when Snotr was slow, Youtube was working at normal speed. No other computers on my home network and Azureus running at comparable speeds both times.

It's just that sometimes Snotr goes slowly because of either its bandwidth or server capacity.

Admins, would you be open to users just submitting Youtube embed codes? Videos could be hosted on Youtube and just embedded here. No loss of functionality on Snotr and the bandwidth problems would disappear.
