I am 99% sure this was on Snotr before... I might be mistaken though.
Also it's not that the bridge is tough, it's the that the cars are flimsy.
Relatively thin metal against tons of cold hard concrete... what did you think was gonna happen?

when those lights flash on the yellow sign it means the vehicle is to tall yet they carry on into the reinforced bar before the bridge (they don't actually hit the bridge).
that bar was designed to stop the train bridge from being damaged and to cause damage to stupid drivers with tall vehicles lol

There must be something extra that can be done to make this safer. It's only a matter of time before an innocent motorist, cyclist or pedestrian gets injured from the debris. Stick a giant sign over the bridge saying "Very Low Bridge" or paint it a lurid colour, anything to make truck drivers sit up and take notice.

#8 There is a sign, people just don't read it. The beam that goes across the bridge is to *protect* the bridge from damage. Can you imagine what would happen if random trucker driver that ignores(can't read) the sign hits the bridge and damages it?
Anyways it's quite peculiar that they haven't raised the bridge slightly. It could be "dangerous" for the trains depending on how fast they travel. No deaths will come from the driver hitting the beam. However if a train derails... it could be catastrophic.
